House Rules
Welcome to A³ Active District. These House Rules help keep the space safe, clean, and enjoyable for everyone. By entering the premises or making a booking, you agree to follow these guidelines.
Booking & Reservations
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Reservations are confirmed upon successful submission of your booking.
- Advance payment is not required to secure a reservation, but guests are expected to honor their booked schedule.
- Please review your booking details carefully before confirming your reservation.
- Repeated no-shows or failure to inform A³ Active District of cancellations may result in booking restrictions, suspension of future reservations, or banning from future bookings.
- Walk-ins are welcome, subject to court or pod availability.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellation or rescheduling requests must be made in advance through A³ Active District’s official communication channels.
- Approved rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
- No-shows and late cancellations may affect your ability to make future bookings.
- If A³ Active District needs to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, guests will be informed and offered a reschedule, when applicable.
Arrival & Session Time
- Please arrive before your scheduled booking.
- Court and pod access begins only at your reserved time.
- Sessions end promptly at the scheduled time to accommodate the next guests.
- Please leave the playing area once your session has ended.
Court Use
- There is no strict player limit per court booking. One court may be used by a group in rotation within the reserved time slot.
- For safety, players must avoid overcrowding during actual play.
- Sessions should not disturb other guests or delay the next booking.
- Please wear comfortable clothes suitable for playing. Sports shoes are recommended.
- For everyone’s safety, slippers, sandals, and barefoot play are not allowed inside the court.
- Treat fellow players, staff, and guests with respect.
- Unsportsmanlike conduct, abusive language, harassment, vandalism, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
- Commercial coaching, tournaments, clinics, or organized events require prior approval from A³ Active District.
Pod Use
- Each pod accommodates up to three guests per booking.
- Use the ball machine and pod equipment responsibly.
- Do not tamper with or misuse any equipment.
- Report any equipment concerns to staff immediately.
- Return all balls and equipment after your session.
Equipment
- A³ equipment must be handled with care.
- Guests are responsible for any loss or damage caused by negligence, misuse, or intentional acts.
- Borrowed equipment must be returned after use.
Bean Awake Café
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside Bean Awake Café.
- Please observe CLAYGO: Clean As You Go.
- Children must be supervised by a responsible adult while inside the café.
- Please take care of the café’s furniture, fixtures, and décor.
- Guests may be held responsible for damage caused by negligence or intentional acts.
- Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the café.
- A³ Active District reserves the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave the café for inappropriate, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior.
Food & Drinks
- Guests may bring food and drinks from outside establishments, but these may be consumed only in the designated waiting areas.
- Food and drinks are not allowed on the courts or inside the pods.
- Water and sports drinks may be brought into the playing areas if kept in spill-proof bottles.
- Please observe CLAYGO.
Safety
- Guests use the facilities at their own risk.
- Please warm up before playing and play within your ability.
- Stop play immediately if you notice unsafe conditions or equipment issues.
- Follow all instructions given by A³ staff.
- In case of emergency, please cooperate with facility personnel.
Parking
- Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Please park only in designated areas.
- Do not block entrances, exits, driveways, or emergency access.
- Park at your own risk. A³ Active District is not responsible for loss of or damage to vehicles or items left inside them.
Personal Belongings
- Please keep your valuables with you at all times.
- A³ Active District is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended personal belongings.
- Lost items turned over to staff will be kept in Lost and Found for a reasonable period.
Cleanliness & Respect
- A³ observes CLAYGO: Clean As You Go.
- Dispose of trash properly and leave the area ready for the next guests.
- Return chairs, paddles, balls, and other equipment after use.
- Respect the facility, equipment, staff, players, and other guests.
Liability
- Guests use the facilities and participate in activities at their own risk.
- A³ Active District is not liable for injuries, accidents, loss of personal belongings, vehicle-related incidents, or damages resulting from misuse of the facilities, failure to follow these House Rules, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
- Guests may be held responsible for damage to the facility, equipment, or property caused by negligence, misuse, or intentional acts.
Right to Refuse Service
- A³ Active District reserves the right to refuse entry, suspend play, cancel bookings, restrict future reservations, or require any guest to leave the premises for violations of these House Rules.
- This includes unsafe conduct, repeated no-shows, abusive behavior, intoxication, vandalism, or any action that may affect the safety, comfort, or enjoyment of others.
